    Sent on the 13th of November, 2011
    Met at door by a very unpleasant female. Had us wait twenty mins when there was a table available so that we couldn't order breakfast. Served by same unpleasant female who was rude and arrogant. She walked away while we were ordering coffee. Did not try to accommodate or even apologize for the wait since we went for breakfast. Adamant that we could not get breakfast. Told us to try Zachery's next door. We asked if she was the owner and she said yes but not so sure. I told her this was my first and my last and that she should smile more. We then left and told the server at the cash that she had just lost four customers. I really hope that people from away know that she is the exception and not what Newfoundlanders are really like. Two thumbs down.
